 MEET
DAVID WABWIRE
Born on December 15, 1984,
David lives in Uganda.
He attends Businywa High School, and is now in level 3 (the
equivalent of 10th grade in the U.S.). His school work is
average.
Soccer, swimming, and
volleyball are David's favorite recreational activities. He also
attends Sunday school, Bible class and youth group regularly.
David lives with his father
and his mother. His father and mother are sometimes employed as
farmers. David works at home carrying water, gathering firewood,
and teaching others. There are 5 children in the family.
GHCA'S INVOLVEMENT
GHCA supports David
financially through Compassion International. Our
financial aid gives David a good education, proper medical
attention, nutrition, etc. (visit the Compassion
International website for details). Our students provide the
finances through offerings taken during our chapel services.
This teaches our children the importance of giving and the
appreciation of the great wealth and prosperity of Americans as
compared to other countries around the world.
Students, please remember
David in your prayers. Your love and support help David to
receive the assistance he needs to grow and develop in a part of
the world stricken by poverty. You can also send letters to
David to encourage him! A new feature of this website allows you

be forwarded to GHCA, which in turn will send the letter to
